About the Opportunity We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Pain Management physician to join our growing, multidisciplinary practice. This is an excellent opportunity to practice comprehensive musculoskeletal and neuromuscular care in a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Position Highlights - Outpatient-focused private practice - Collaborative team including surgical specialists, physical therapists, and advanced practice providers - Access to state-of-the-art imaging and diagnostic resources - Interventional pain procedures including spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, radiofrequency ablation and nerve blocks - Competitive compensation - Comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive pain management services including medication management, if clinically necessary - Coordinate care with surgical and non-surgical colleagues - Clinic schedule Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM - No call, or hospital coverage - No weekends or holidays Qualifications - MD or DO from an accredited medical school - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Pain Management - Active or Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina - Active DEA license - Strong clinical judgement, procedural proficiency and commitment to patient-centered care - Dependable and motivated to develop, support and grow the practice What We Offer - In office procedure suite (2) with recovery - Competitive salary - Malpractice coverage - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with employer contribution - CME allowance and paid time off Why Join Us?
