Job Description - Full-time pediatric ophthalmologist with
strong leadership and collaborative skills - Mission-driven
opportunity to advance pediatric ophthalmology within an academic
setting - Key role in developing and expanding a growing pediatric
ophthalmology program - Opportunity to shape and support a new
academic division with an emphasis on education and clinical care -
Tertiary referral setting with a high volume of complex ophthalmic
cases - Active recruitment across ophthalmology subspecialties to
support continued program growth - Newly approved ophthalmology
residency program launching summer 2026 - Requires completion of
U.S. residency or fellowship training - Responsibilities include
clinical practice, teaching, leadership in program development, and
rotating call coverage - Employment within an academic health
system with opportunities for academic appointment - Modern
facilities with advanced technology and comprehensive pediatric
specialty support - Research participation and leadership
