Graham Electric has been providing quality and expertise for commercial electrical installation, repairs, site lighting, and design-build installation. /n /n Pay Range: $30-$36/hour depending on experience /n /n Benefits: /n /n - Bi-Weekly Pay /n - Medical, Dental, Vision plans /n - Free Basic Life Insurance /n - Voluntary Life /n - Short and Long Term Disability /n - Company matched 401K /n - Paid Holidays /n - Paid Time off /n /n Reports To: /n /n The Electrical Foreperson will report to the Superintendent /n /n Responsibilities and Duties: /n /n - Ensure appropriate staffing levels are requested for the daily required tasks to be completed /n - Deploy personnel as necessary and in the best interest of the existing workflow daily /n - Ensure special equipment needs are requested /n - Interpret job drawings to facilitate install of electrical system /n - Establish material list and ensure adequate material is ordered and onsite to accommodate daily workflow /n - Establish weekly benchmark objectives towards completion of job /n - Ensure project benchmarks are achieved and job schedule is maintained /n - May attend project meetings and communicate information to PM and field supervisor /n - Maintain familiarity with the plans, schedule and expectations for job /n - Aid and oversight of safety initiatives and ensure a safe work environment for all personnel /n - This position will be expected to promote an emphasis on creating a team oriented, positive work environment which promotes a culture of safety and open communication /n - Communicate job progress and job needs to PM /n - Maintain oversight of job status and communicate anticipated problems /n - Ensure inspections status; scheduled and completed /n /n Qualifications /n /n /n - An applicant for the Electrical Foreperson position should have experience completing project installation of electrical systems in the commercial electrical industry. /n - Experience working in the field coordinating multiple tasks and functions, while providing supervision of assigned personnel is common practice. /n - Experience with trade inspections, dealing with various jurisdictions and inspectors are all areas which will benefit from experience. /n - Associated trade certifications are beneficial but are not required for this position. /n /n /n This applicant should be able to sit, bend, stoop and lift items not to exceed 50 pounds. This position should also be able to climb, crawl and squat as the job demands. /n /n Please note the selected candidate will be required to submit to full pre-employment background and drug screenings.
