Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from prospective
buyers/sellers Follow up with hot leads who call in daily. Perform
follow-up calls in a timely manner Achieve productivity,
appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding
efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales
leads) and cold calling Rigorously prospect for new business and
follow up with leads in your pipeline - provided by the company
Developing business opportunities within specific geographies
served by our team of expert Agents Stay fully abreast of the
evolving real estate market Accurately track and convey
productivity and sales metrics to management Learn and apply vital
leadership skillsets in a team environment Participate in regular
training and education requirements Qualifications: Some form of
phone sales (ideal) Love people and are competitive Passion for
selling Internal drive to succeed Enthusiastic with excellent
people skills Self-motivated and independent Extremely strong phone
sales skills: the ability to set and close appointments over the
phone Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit
company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
Ability to convey sharpness and passion in your role Ability to
communicate effectively (oral and written) Willing to learn and
