We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 19 years of experience and 16 different locations. s.Compensation:You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 12% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization. You will receive 6 Weeks of onboarding pay $3,000 + commission, bonus opportunities.What You'll Do:Travel to predetermined areas that have recently experienced storm damage and assesses damage on single-family roofsBuild relationships with homeowners and guide homeowners' expectations and enhance their experience during the insurance and construction processRecommend upgrades or additional options based on their specific requirements.Collaborate with a mentor invested in your successAttend weekly sales meetings.WHAT YOU NEED:Excellent communicationDrive to control your own incomeGoal-driven and self-motivated!Flexible schedule2 year sales experience, D2D, retail, or customer serviceValid driver's license and reliable transportationAble to climb ladders and walk on rooftopsNote: Our sales reps are trained to close.
