ROLE: General maintenance management support for Marine Forces
Special Operations Command (MARSOC) personal located on Stone Bay,
Camp Lejeune, NC.
- Provide advice, guidance, and assistance to equipment commodity
managers, the maintenance commodity manager, and maintenance
personnel who perform maintenance.
- Maintenance management duties include monitoring maintenance
management programs, policies, and procedures, and analyzing
maintenance and maintenance management functional areas to ensure
effective management of equipment, maintenance, and materiel.
Responsibilities include using automated information systems such
as GCSS-MC and SSAVIE.
- Able to obtain an operator's license for non-tactical/tactical
- High School or GED equivalent and Four (4) years of relevant,
progressive experience or equivalent combination of education and

Location: Camp Lejeune, NC
Work Environment: Work will be performed inside a large
facility. Work assignments vary based on client requirements. Work
is primarily performed in an office setting but may also be
performed in a maintenance facility as well as outdoors in military
training areas. Work is often performed outdoors, in adverse
conditions including inclement weather such as high humidity, heat,
cold, high wind, rain, and various local conditions. Our mission is
to train US Marines; therefore, we work side by side with them in
all climates and conditions.
Innovative Reasoning strictly adheres to the Occupational Safety
and Health Standards (OSHA) regulations. Use of personal protective
equipment is mandatory if applicable. Employee will be exposed to a
wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and
abilities. May be required to work extended workdays frequently.

Physical Demands: Position consists of sitting for long periods
of time, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting boxes
weighing up to 50 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for
handling, to work with such hand tools as wrenches, screwdrivers,
wire cutters, pliers, and soldering irons. Seeing up close.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/8 hours a day. Normal working hours are
08:00AM - 17:00PM.
A great amount of the work supporting Innovative Reasoning
occurs during the normal work week. However, some work events do
require a schedule that varies and/or includes extended work hours.
Accomplishment of tasks will require you to conform to the
schedules determined for those events. Workdays may call for
extended days of up to 8-10-hour work periods. Short term
situations may require effort more than 8 hours per day, 40 hours
per week. Position could require some night and weekend work.
License and Other Requirements: Possession of a valid driver's
license and availability of private transportation may be required
