Sodexo's Government Services Segment is seeking a Food Service
Manager for Mess Hall Wallace Creek 100 located at Camp Lejeune.
This dining location serves 1,200 marines and sailors daily and
provides delivery of meals to the Brig onsite. Daily
responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Monitoring daily
food service operations in the mess hall, supervision of staff
including Cooks and Sub-Contracted staff, checking cleanliness of
the dining facility, conducting safe counts, ensuring proper food
handing procedures and will assist with quality assurance/health
Valid drivers license required for this position.

Provides supervision for multi-functional food service areas at
