ROLE: IR is looking for current and former military personnel
with experience serving as finance analyst (USMC MOS 3432 / 3451)
to support Marine Forces Operations Command (MARSOC) personnel
located on Camp Pendleton, CA.
- Provide general support with daily budget operations.
- Contractor shall keep the Fund's Manager (FM) and supervisors
informed of completed work and potential issues impacting budget
operations. Provide reports, interpret and develop budgetary
policies, practices, and procedures to maintain and improve
financial management operations.
- Formulates the Program Objective memorandum (POM) and
Operations and Maintenance (O&M) budget for Major Force Program
(MFP) 11 and USMC Major Force Program (MFP)
- Maintains financial records and Financial Improvement Audit
Readiness (FIAR) compliance.
- Posse detailed knowledge and understanding of financial
management and automated systems, to include, but not limited to:
Standard Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting System (SABRS);
Purchase Request (PR) Builder; Defense Travel System (DTS); SABRS
Management Analysis Retrieval System (SMARTS) and Wide Area
- High School or GED equivalent
- 4 - 8 yrs. Military Experience
- 4 - 8 Finance Technician (USMC / MOS - 3432) or Financial
Management Analyst (USMC / MOS - 3451) Experience
Location: Camp Lejeune, NC
Work Environment: Work will be performed inside a large
facility. Work assignments vary based on client requirements. Work
is primarily performed in an office setting but may also be
performed in a maintenance facility as well as outdoors in military
training areas. Work is often performed outdoors, in adverse
conditions including inclement weather such as high humidity, heat,
cold, high wind, rain, and various local conditions. Our mission is
to train US Marines; therefore, we work side by side with them in
all climates and conditions.

and Health Standards (OSHA) regulations. Use of personal protective
equipment is mandatory if applicable. Employee will be exposed to a
wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and
abilities. May be required to work extended workdays frequently.

Physical Demands: Position consists of sitting for long periods
of time, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting boxes
weighing up to 50 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for
handling, to work with such hand tools as wrenches, screwdrivers,
wire cutters, pliers, and soldering irons. Seeing up close.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/8 hours a day. Normal working hours are
08:00AM - 17:00PM.
A great amount of the work supporting Innovative Reasoning
occurs during the normal work week. However, some work events do
require a schedule that varies and/or includes extended work hours.
Accomplishment of tasks will require you to conform to the
schedules determined for those events. Workdays may call for
extended days of up to 8-10-hour work periods. Short term
situations may require effort more than 8 hours per day, 40 hours
per week. Position could require some night and weekend work.
License and Other Requirements: Possession of a valid driver's
license and availability of private transportation may be required
