Department Front Office Supervisors:Front Office Manager and General Manager Job Summary The front desk agent is responsible for a great successful guest experience with any guest who enters the hotel regardless if they obtain accommodations with the hotel or not. Job duties may include the following: 9.00 - 11.00 based on experience Full Time and Part Time Receiving accommodation reservations from visitorsTaking the details of all arriving guests including payment informationAllocating rooms to all guestsMaking travel arrangements for the guestsProviding information to guests about the procedures, policies and facilities of the hotelProviding the guest with the necessary tourism informationMaking reservations on behalf of the guests for live entertainment, cinema and even sightseeing toursHandling all customer complaints and queriesTaking messages for the visitorsIssuing receipts to the guestsCalculating the guest billsMaking accommodation reservations for guests who may be relocatingCoordinating the delivery of guest laundry needs as well as special requestsEnsuring the safety and security of all guestsPreparing hotel correspondenceCoordinate Suite Shop salesMaintain all guest reservations in accordance with Hampton specsMaintain all guest reservations in accordance with credit card security requirementsBalance and properly account for cash drawer at the desk for each shiftMaintain all training requirements as set forth by General ManagerAssisting guests with safety deposit box forms and keys as outlined by GMOther duties as assigned by FOM, GM, Sales Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities Be able to work a flexible scheduleWear a provided uniform and nametag at all times on propertyPerform routine cleaning throughout work area to include dusting, mopping, vacuuming and organizational needs, etc.Maintain proper equipment and supply inventory for the front desk;
