Carteret Community College is accepting applications for a
part-time Administrative Office Assistant instructor to conduct
evening classes offered through our Corporate & Community Education
division. Hourly pay rate is based on education, training, and
teaching experience in this subject. This job posting will remain
open until the position is filled.
Examples of Duties / Knowledge & Skills
Topics of instruction include but are not limited to: Business
Relationships, & Relationship Management, Communication Skills,
Goal Setting, Dealing with Difficult People, Organizing Meetings
and Events, Presentations, and Networking.
Minimum qualifications & Requirements
Education: High School diploma, or equivalent.
Experience: Three years experience in the field.
Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of office systems and procedures
include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing
or word processing, customer service, office machine operation, and
filing is required.
