D2 Government Solutionsis seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Customer Service Rep II at our site location at Camp LeJeune, NC.

Summary

Our Customer Service Rep II will be responsible for issuing, reviewing, and processing applications for vehicle registration, to include ensuring applications and supporting documents are complete, valid, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. Must be self-motivated, reliable, and hard-working, but also willing to take direction from management.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Rep II include:

Review, process, and issue temporary passes for all commercial vehicles to the installation in accordance with established laws, regulations, and rules Report any expired, fraudulent, or suspicious documents to the on-site government representative Enter, verify, and update data for the registration of vehicles in two separate databases Ensure personnel who have access to these databases do not share information with personnel who do not have authorization or need to know Track all data entry in provided log; turn log in to appropriate personnel and/or location at the end of each work day Perform general office tasks including filing, collating, recording information, and operating office equipment (copier, fax, scanner, telephone, etc.)

Requirements

Minimum of one year of experience in customer service and conflict resolution Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite Must pass the National Agency Check with Inquirers (NACI) for computer access
