adoption platform. The Technical Support Engineer is responsible
for providing professional and efficient technical support to
internal and external customers. They will be responsible for
troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the
company's products and services, as well as providing customer
service and support via phone, email, and other communication
channels. The successful candidate will have a strong technical
background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to
communicate effectively with customers and team members. What
You'll Own Help troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical
issues for our customers through email, chat, and screenshares
Communicate complex technical information in user-friendly ways to
both technical and non-technical customers Communicate customer
reported issues internally and triage them to the correct team Act
as a mentor for new hires during the onboarding process and
consultation resource for Technical Support Specialists What You
Need to Succeed 2 years technical enterprise application support
experience (SaaS an advantage) A bachelor's degree in computer
science or related technology field is preferred Knowledgeable in

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The OTE for
this role is between $50,000 and $70,000 including salary and
variables. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such
as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience,
business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to
change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be
eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total
