team as a Senior Wireless Engineer , where you’ll lead the design,
deployment, and optimization of advanced wireless and RTLS
solutions across the U.S. Work with top-tier clients, cutting-edge
tools like Ekahau AI Pro , and the latest Cisco Catalyst platforms.
What You Bring 7 years of experience in wireless and RTLS
deployments Mastery of hybrid RF survey methodologies (predictive
on-site) Expert-level proficiency with Ekahau AI Pro and Sidekick
I/II Deep hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 91xx APs , 9800
WLCs , and antenna systems Strong consulting presence and ability
to mentor junior engineers Experience automating wireless reporting
and analysis (Python, Excel, Splunk) Key Responsibilities Lead and
execute hybrid RF surveys across diverse environments Design and
optimize wireless networks using Ekahau and Cisco platforms Deliver
detailed RF analysis and actionable design documentation Architect
and implement enterprise wireless solutions, including RTLS Provide
expert-level remote design support and client-facing consulting
Drive wireless PDI (Plan, Design, Implement) initiatives from start
to finish Technologies & Tools Core Expertise: Ekahau AI Pro
Sidekick I/II Cisco Catalyst Wireless (91xx/98xx IOS-XE) RTLS and
Hybrid Design Methodology RF Survey & Predictive Design Analysis
Preferred Add-ons: Cisco DNAC / Catalyst Center Meraki Wireless
Solutions Python scripting & Excel automation Splunk for wireless
