Lead Service Now Developer - Remote
Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Lead ServiceNow engineer with
hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing
ServiceNow solutions. The Lead Service Now engineer is responsible
for constructing creative and logical detail design based on
architectural guidance. The ideal candidate will have a deep
understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and be able to
create custom applications, workflows, and integration to enhance
and support our IT and Business customers. This position is also
responsible for managing work direction, leading, and influencing
other ServiceNow developers to achieve results.
Responsibilities
Manage work direction, lead and influence, mentor, and provide
feedback to others within team
Oversee execution of key strategic initiatives
Create and conduct logical design based on architectural
reviews
Serve as collaborate pivot point between the engineers and
management
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or
equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work
experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Experience with specific domain relevant to team
5 years of experience with infrastructure technologies
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work
visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and
provide feedback to others within team
Ability to transition abstract concepts into technical deployment
designs
Ability to develop decision criteria and develop unbiased
technology comparisons
Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills
Strong traits of decisiveness and judgment
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform including:
ITSM(Incident, Change, Problem, etc), ITOM(CMDB, Discovery, Asset,
etc), SecOps and Service Portal
Experience with Service Now patching and Version upgrades
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP and
API's
Experience with ServiceNow modules including: CSM, SPM, EAM or
others.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS and SQL
Experience working in environment with regulatory compliance
requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
Previous experience in PBM / health care industry
Desire to work in management and lead others
Minimum Physical Job Requirements
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays,
overtime, on-call, and shifts outside of Prime's core business
hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and
hear
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and
crouch
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and
occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception and ability to adjust focus
Reporting Structure
Reports to a Manager in the IT department
Potential pay for this position ranges from $100,300.00 -
$160,500.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by
8% depending on applicant location.
