What You'll Do:

Oversee end-to-end weekly payroll processing in coordination with HR, managers, and third-party providers
Maintain and audit payroll records, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Support employees and managers with payroll-related inquiries
Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee data and reporting
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize payroll operations
Stay up to date with evolving payroll laws and compliance requirements
Assist with journal entries, payroll general ledger reconciliations, and reporting to leadership



What You Bring:

2-4+ years of experience in multi-state payroll administration
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant laws
Meticulous attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate tight deadlines
Experience with payroll-related accounting tasks is a plus
CPP or FPC certification is a plus



Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
