Job Description:
Crystal Bluffs, part of the Century Care family, is currently
hiring! Our facility provides residents with a full range of
long-term care and rehabilitation services, along with a variety of
engaging social and recreational activities. We currently have an
opportunity for new staff to be a part of our team in our Morehead
City facility.Staffing coordinators undertake and implement various
staffing solutions such as recruitment, scheduling, performance
monitoring, and staffing report preparations. They are also in
charge of the orientation and placement of newly hired employees
and ensuring the company's compliance with employment laws.Job
ResponsibilitiesIdentifies the company's staffing needs and
develops strategies to fulfill themScreens candidates and supports
the recruitment and training processesEnsures the compliance of all
staffing procedures with the company policies and legal
standardsAssists with employee work schedulesPrepares timely
staffing reports and updates for managementEnsures correct employee
compensation by collaborating with payroll
coordinators/associatesJob RequirementsPreferred - 2 years of
experience in a similar rolePreferred - Knowledgeable about
relevant employment laws and regulationsRequired - Efficient in
handling and managing people and resourcesRequired - Proficient in
technology useRequired - Strong communication and interpersonal
skillsRequired - Highly organizedRequired - Attention to detailThis
position does not require a nursing license
