Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations in Morehead City, NC

dining experiences. Role Overview As the Executive Chef , you will
manage all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food
preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision. You will
maintain high culinary standards, ensure compliance with health and
safety regulations, and create dishes that reflect both innovation
and consistency. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of
the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and
presentation . Develop and update menus that highlight seasonal
ingredients and customer preferences. Manage kitchen staff ,
including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance
evaluations. Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to
maximize profitability . Ensure compliance with food safety,
sanitation, and OSHA regulations . Collaborate with front-of-house
staff to provide exceptional dining experiences . Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a
high-volume kitchen. Strong leadership, organizational, and team
management skills . Expertise in menu development, cost control,
and inventory management . Knowledge of NC health regulations and
