We are welcoming a Primary Care Physician to join our reputable, quality-driven practice. Work alongside more than 60 collaborative providers in a collegial environment that emphasizes patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and long-term stability. Scope: • 100% outpatient | 4.5-day week | 1:11 very light call • Inherit an established patient panel from a retiring physician - ramp up quickly • 30 primary care physicians plus APPs, RNs, MAs and care coordinators for excellent support • On-site lab, imaging, PT, diabetes center, coumadin clinic & more • Opportunities for research and participation in committees Compensation Benefits: • Proven income of $300K • Partnership track • Employer-paid benefits: malpractice, medical, dental, life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability • 401(k) with 4% match profit sharing, FSA and HSA options, PTO, CME • Signing and relocation incentives Community: Nestled in a historic corner of North Carolina, Rocky Mount offers the perfect blend of big-city amenities and small-town charm.
