Active North Carolina physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care preferred. Proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred. Client requires clinicians able to manage caseloads that include geriatric populations and medically complex patients. This is a required competency for consideration.
