Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated RN Inpatient Wound Care to join
our team, delivering advanced wound care within our
state-of-the-art facilities. This role focuses on the treatment of
patients with acute or chronic wounds, using a variety of clinical
treatments, therapies, and technologies. As part of a collaborative
healthcare team, this position offers a unique opportunity to make
a significant impact on patient recovery and outcomes in a
supportive and innovative environment. Assess and identify the type
and severeness of wounds, including pressure ulcers, surgical
sites, and diabetic ulcers. Implement treatment plans and monitor
recovery progress, adapting care as needed. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment. Educate
patients and families on wound care procedures and preventive
measures. Maintain patient records and comply with healthcare
regulations and standards. Proficient in the latest wound care
therapies and technologies. Strong diagnostic skills and clinical
decision-making. Excellent communication and empathetic patient
care. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
