Provide comprehensive post-surgical care and monitoring Assess patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health management Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety standards Strong clinical skills in a surgical environment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in using medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS certification required CCRN certification preferred
