Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated and skilled Neuro Unit RN to
join our dynamic team at one of our cutting-edge neurology units.
This role is pivotal in providing expert nursing care to patients
with neurological disorders. The ideal candidate will manage
complex medication regimes, monitor neurological status, and
maintain high-quality patient care under the guidelines of
established medical protocols. This position offers the opportunity
to work alongside leading neurology professionals and contribute to
treatments that improve patient outcomes. Assess, plan, and
implement nursing care plans for patients in the neurology unit.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Administer medications and treatments safely. Collaborate with
neurologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home care
needs. Strong clinical skills in a neurological setting Ability to
interpret complex patient data Competency in the use of medical
technologies Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Strong
decision-making and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification Certification in
Neuroscience Nursing (CNRN) is highly desirable.
