Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Diagnostic Cardiac
Catheterization Lab experience Interventional Cardiac
Catheterization Lab experience Cardiac Stent Placement experience
IABP Placement/Removal experience Impella insertion experience
Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) experience Knowledge of
procedural sedation administration and monitoring Experience in
monitoring for dysrhythmias Description: We are seeking a skilled
registered nurse for the cardiac catheterization lab. Applicants
must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The
position requires expertise in various cardiac procedures.
Responsibilities include performing diagnostic and interventional
catheterizations. The nurse will assist with cardiac stent
placements and IABP procedures. Experience with procedural sedation
and recovery is essential. Knowledge of medication management in
emergency situations is required. The role necessitates adherence
to infection prevention protocols. Candidates must demonstrate
proficiency in starting and maintaining IVs. Excellent
communication and teamwork skills are critical for success in this
position. Applicants must be comfortable with the possibility of
floating to other areas as needed. Flexibility to work weekends and
