Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled NICU
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare
professionals. Our NICU nurses play a critical role in providing
specialized care to our youngest patients who require intensive
medical attention. Working in our state-of-the-art facilities, the
selected candidate will collaborate with a team of expert
neonatologists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare
professionals to deliver the highest standard of care. If you're

to critically ill newborns and premature infants in the NICU.
Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals
in a multidisciplinary team. Monitor patient condition, administer
medications, and maintain patient records. Educate and support
parents and families on newborn care and ongoing medical
conditions. Participate in continuous education to stay abreast of
advancements in neonatal care. Advanced knowledge of neonatal care
procedures and protocols. Ability to operate and monitor NICU
equipment such as incubators and ventilators. Strong critical
thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused care.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Neonatal Resuscitation
Program (NRP) certification. Certified in Neonatal Intensive Care
Nursing (RNC-NIC) preferred.
