Job Description TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine physician to serve as core faculty for a Family Medicine Residency Program. This is a unique opportunity to help educate and prepare community-based physicians to care for rural populations while also providing outpatient care in a hospital-owned practice setting. This role is ideal for physicians who are passionate about medical education, resident mentorship, and full-spectrum family medicine, and who bring established inpatient and outpatient experience to an academic setting. This position combines resident teaching and precepting with an outpatient continuity clinic, allowing physicians to meaningfully impact the next generation of providers while maintaining active clinical practice in a supportive, mission-driven environment focused on rural and underserved care.
