Genesis HealthCare, a leader in post-acute and rehabilitation services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position is essential in providing top-tier medical and rehabilitative care to our patients. As an LPN at Genesis HealthCare, you will work in a supportive and professional environment where your skills and dedication will enhance the lives of patients who are receiving short-term post-acute, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care. Provide nursing care and assistance with daily living activities to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of patient treatment, medication, and health outcomes. Administer medications and injections to patients as prescribed by the attending healthcare practitioners. Assist in the implementation and planning of patient care according to patient care plans and needs. Collaborate with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients and their families on health care plans, conditions, and medications. Maintain a compassionate and safe environment for both patients and coworkers. Strong practical nursing skills Excellent patient care and interpersonal communications Proficiency in managing multiple patient care assignments successfully Ability to respond effectively to unexpected or emergency situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification CPR Certification
