At Genesis HealthCare, a leader in post-acute, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care services, we are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee and manage the daily operations of our facilities. Our LNHA will ensure the delivery of high-quality medical and rehabilitation care by effectively managing resources, staff, and processes necessary for the highest level of care and compliance. This role demands a detail-oriented, compassionate, and proactive professional who is ready to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and their families while maintaining regulatory compliance and optimizing operational efficiency. Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, financial management, and patient care. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to nursing home operations. Manage budgeting and financial performance, including profitability and resource allocation. Implement and maintain high standards of care and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures by all staff members. Handle recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff performance. Facilitate effective communication throughout the facility among staff, patients, and families. Prepare and submit regular reports on facility operations and finances to upper management. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards Financial acumen with budget management skills Experience in staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Nursing Home Administrator license Certification in healthcare administration (e.g., FACHCA) preferred
