Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated PRN Nursing Home Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Washington, North Carolina. As a PRN RN, you will have the opportunity to work across various shifts, fitting with your schedule, while ensuring the highest level of care for residents in a nursing home setting. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administrate nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advice patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Liaise with healthcare professionals to assess, coordinate, and improve patient care. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proven organizational and critical thinking skills Proficiency in EHR (Electronic Health Record) software Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
