Position Details: Coverage Needed: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Orientation: New providers will receive comprehensive orientation the day before scheduled call to ensure a smooth transition. Commitment: We require candidates who can commit to the entire schedule and coverage period, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Job Highlights: Inpatient & Outpatient Care: Provide comprehensive care to patients across both settings, ensuring continuity of treatment. Patient Load: Expect an average of 15 patients per day per provider, allowing for focused, quality care. Certifications: BLS certification is required to ensure patient safety and well-being. Call Coverage: Some call may be required; however, nights and weekends are not included, offering a balanced work-life schedule. On-Call Arrangements: You are not required to remain on-site while on call, providing flexibility and autonomy in your schedule. Procedures: No ICU/critical care procedures or ER backup duties are required, allowing you to focus solely on oncology care. Electronic Health Records: Utilize EPIC Oncology EHR for seamless documentation and patient management.
