EasternProvider must be fully vaccinated. Preferred if provider has
been previously credentialed through your agency at another
hospital. Any travel costs (mileage, rental car, gas, airfare) cap
increased to $1000 for this assignment only. PROVIDERS PREFERRED TO
BE CREDENTIALED WITH MEDICAID AND MEDICARE OR ENROLLED WITH PECOS
AS A PROVIDER. Will consider non-Medicare/Medicaid enrolled
providers. Must have active NC license and NC DEA (NC
address).Please provide NPI in bid.-No Recent or open Malpractice
Cases. Details required in submission. -All-inclusive rate
preferred to include 0-4 gratis hours. Will entertain candidate
without gratis hours.Provider will round on patients, on-call for
emergent C-sections and vaginal deliveries. Provider also available
for any emergent GYN procedures. High risk deliveries will only be
emergent (no NICU at our facility). High risk transfer to New
Hanover Regional or Cape Fear Valley for NICU - both approx. 30-45
mins. Level 1 nursery at Sampson Regional. Provider will be housed
in hospital apartments adjacent to facility. Provider must be
within 20 mins per hospital bylaws. Hospital will call cell
phone.Patients per shift: variesNotes: Minimum board eligible EMR
