patients’ goals and needs Provide effective, evidence-based
treatments to improve mobility Create personalized care plans for
each patient Support clients in leading healthier lifestyles
through strength and balance training Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care Monitor
progress and document outcomes Requirements Experience as a
Physical Therapist, with a passion for patient care Current license
to practice physical therapy Great communication skills and a
