NC (On-site) $75,000=$85,000 per year based on experience and

individuals we serve. Position Overview The Lead Clinical Therapist
provides clinical oversight and direct therapeutic services within
our residential treatment program. This role is ideal for an
experienced clinician who thrives in both leadership and hands-on
care — balancing supervision of staff with maintaining a small
caseload. What You’ll Do Clinical Leadership & Supervision ·
Provide weekly clinical and administrative supervision to a team of
therapists. · Offer guidance in case management, ethics, and
professional growth. · Serve as the clinical point of contact for
complex cases. · Assist with onboarding and training of new
clinical hires. Direct Clinical Care · Maintain a reduced caseload
of adolescent residents. · Conduct assessments and develop
individualized, person-centered treatment plans. · Provide
individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based
approaches. · Offer crisis intervention and de-escalation support
as needed. Program & Quality Oversight · Ensure documentation meets
all ethical, quality, and regulatory standards. · Review clinical
outcomes and make recommendations for program improvement. ·
Collaborate with utilization review staff to ensure documentation
supports medical necessity. Collaboration & Communication · Lead
weekly clinical team meetings and case conferences. · Work closely
with psychiatrists, counselors, nurses, and residential staff. ·
Coordinate with community agencies to ensure seamless discharge
planning and follow-up care. What You’ll Bring Education &
Licensure: · Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling,
Psychology, or related field. · Active LCSW, LPC, or LCMHC license
in the State of North Carolina (required). Experience: · 2–5 years
of experience in a clinical or residential treatment setting
working with adolescents. · Prior supervisory experience preferred.
· Strong background in trauma-informed care, anxiety treatment, and
co-occurring disorders. Skills: · Excellent communication,
documentation, and leadership abilities. · Proficient in Electronic
Health Records (EHR) systems. · Dedicated to ethical, compliant,
