Center-Based Opal Autism Centers is excited to announce an opening
for an Assistant Clinical Director who holds a Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. In this pivotal role, you
will support the clinical leadership team in implementing best
practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while also overseeing
and mentoring staff in delivering high-quality services. Your
expertise will aid in developing treatment plans and ensuring
compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to impactful
interventions for children with autism and their families. If you

Responsibilities Assist in supervising the clinical operations of
the center, ensuring services meet quality and regulatory
standards. Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized
treatment plans. Provide mentorship and training for BCBAs,
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinical staff.
Conduct regular reviews of client progress and adjust treatment
plans as necessary. Engage with families to provide support and
education on behavior principles. Collaborate with the clinical
director to foster a positive workplace culture and promote
continuous professional development. Stay current with ABA best
practices and ethical guidelines. Requirements Master's degree in
Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. Valid
BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
(BACB). At least 2 years of experience working in the field of ABA,
preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in
developing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention
plans. Familiarity with current ABA methodologies and ethical
standards. Proficient in data analysis and electronic documentation
systems. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability
to inspire and support staff. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and
families. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented
environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and

annual earning potential * $108,000 (inclusive of base pay,
