Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Wilmington, NC Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,793 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Med/Surg Registered Nurse – North Carolina Start Date: March 2, 2026 Location: Wilmington, North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (18:45 - 07:15), 36 or 48 hours per week, every other weekend required Highlights: General Med/Surg unit caring for adult and geriatric patients with a daily census of approximately 43 Charge nurse role required for night shift travelers Epic electronic medical record system with Pyxis medication management Contract lengths of 13-26 weeks available Patient ratios of 1:6-7 with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams 24 hours of paid orientation provided Requirements: Active North Carolina or Compact RN license Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience Current BLS certification required Epic charting experience required Demonstrated competency with insulin and heparin drips Experience with wound vac dressing changes, high flow oxygen, and isolation precautions Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias Must pass EKG testing prior to start date Willingness to work holidays and be assigned to inclement weather/storm teams Comfortable floating to similar units and alternate care locations based on census needs CPI and charge nurse experience preferred Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a well-supported Med/Surg environment with a collaborative team and comprehensive resources.
