seeking a Registered Nurse for our Med Surg Telemetry unit. The
position involves caring for adult and geriatric patients with a
variety of medical conditions. The nurse will manage discharges and
admissions. Basic knowledge of cardiac drips is preferred. Common
diagnoses treated include CHF, COPD, uncontrolled diabetes, ARF,
CKD, and post-cardiac catheterization care. The nurse will work
with a patient ratio of 5:1 or 6:1. Our equipment includes Welch
Allyn vital signs machines, Hoyer lifts, Abbott glucometers, and
Baxter IV pumps. Familiarity with the electronic health record
system is important. Candidates should possess strong teamwork and
flexibility skills. This position requires an Associate degree,
with a BSN preferred. The dress code is scrubs; specific colors are
not assigned. Artificial nails are not permitted. Requirements
