North Carolina, 28401! Job Opportunity – PACU Registered Nurse –
North Carolina Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Wilmington,
North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 0600-1900; call once every
four weeks; weekend requirements vary Highlights: Phase I PACU with
diverse surgical specialties including vascular, neurosurgery,
orthopedics, bariatrics, pediatrics, and more 1:2 patient ratios
with 30-90 minute recovery timeframes ICU-level care experience
required; may recover surgical patients requiring critical care
management in PACU setting Receive patients from OR, EP Lab,
Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, MRI, and ICU Epic charting
system with comprehensive orientation tailored to experience level
13-week travel assignment with maximum 7 days requested time off
Requirements: Active North Carolina or Compact RN license Current
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Minimum 2 years of
nursing experience with travel experience required Phase I-II PACU
experience with ICU background essential Experience with arterial
lines, ICP monitoring, ventilated patients, dysrhythmia management,
and central line care Pediatric experience managing T&A, ear
procedures, hernias, and cleft lip/palate repairs Must be
comfortable floating to surgical short stay overflow areas
Candidates living within 50 miles are accepted at adjusted local

heart monitoring, and specialized equipment in a 24/7 operation
