Opportunity Details The physician will come into a busy practice. Group can't handle patient demand and is turning patients down Work in a small-group setting New providers can easily ramp up to seeing 20 patients per day Starting base salary ($225K to $265K range), lucrative productivity incentive, signing bonus, and comprehensive benefits package is offered Group owns an accountable care organization and is recognized each year for being a top-quality provider Shareholder status after 2 years The Median Income for a shareholder is in the $800K range Community/Location The beautiful coastal community of 24K with a service area of 250K is located 90 minutes from Raleigh.
