(RN) specializing in Emergency Room (ER) care in Kinston, North
Carolina. This contract position calls for an experienced nurse
capable of delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency
setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in the
emergency room, including assessment, treatment, and stabilization.
Monitor patient progress and modify nursing care plans as
necessary. Collaborate effectively with physicians,
multidisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure optimal
patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and thorough patient
documentation in compliance with protocols. Respond promptly to
emergency situations and provide critical interventions. Desired
Qualifications: Valid RN licensure with experience in Emergency
Room nursing. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
skills. Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic
environment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Location
