Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/10/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery/n/n Schedule/n This position requires a night shift schedule of 4x12-hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. There is no call requirement. /n/nJob Description/n Join a dedicated team in the Labor & Delivery unit, which is a vital part of the Women's Service department. As an RN in this 10-bed unit, you will play an essential role in the lives of patients and their families, providing care during one of the most significant events in their lives. Hospital policies require a patient-to-nurse ratio that can range from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on the stage of labor. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients. /n - Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during labor and delivery. /n - Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs. /n - Administer medications and assist with interventions as necessary. /n - Support families throughout the birthing process. /n - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Meditech. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Current RN license in the state of practice. /n - Experience in Labor & Delivery preferred. /n - Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required. /n - Must be willing to float to units with similar acuity levels if needed. /n - Travelers must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
