CarolinaLocation: Greenville, NC Full-Time, Permanent
PositionPosition Overview: Seeking a dedicated Medical Director to
lead care coordination and quality initiatives in a post-acute
setting. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the
opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while
avoiding shift work.Practice Highlights: Flexible Monday through
Friday schedule No primary night call Provide clinical oversight
and mentorship to area clinicians Collaborate with leadership on
care coordination and network management Conduct clinical case
reviews and implement individualized patient care plans Work with
pharmacists on medication management Focus on reducing hospital
readmissions and improving quality of care Qualifications: Board
Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, home health, or hospice
preferred Leadership experience as a medical director desirable
Strong communication and mentoring skills Compensation & Benefits:
Fee-for-service model with expected earnings from $319,688 to
$383,625 annually No cap on productivity income Sign-on bonus
