Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 4x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 22:30 - 06:30 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: NC or Compact license required Certifications: BLS, ARRT Must-Have: - Skills in abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal imaging, and diffusion. - Proficiency in gradient echo imaging, MIP, MRP, peripheral magnetic resonance, spin echo images, surface coils, T1 and T2 imaging, and CINE. - Experience with chest imaging and image post-processing is preferred. Description: RTO after booking is not allowed. Any call-offs or additional RTO could possibly result in a cancel and DNR. Candidates must be comfortable with various patient diagnoses, including adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Familiarity with neonates, infants, and pediatric patients is preferred. Contract staff may be assigned to work during catastrophic events or disasters. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid-contract may occur. Travelers must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. No RTO is allowed during the first week of an assignment. Candidates may float within the facility or to nearby affiliate locations. Travel pairs are allowed but must work on different units. Charting experience with Epic is required. References from supervisors within the past 12 months are preferred. Travelers cannot work more than 5 consecutive days or more than 60 hours in a week. Modules must be completed pre-start and annually, as required by specialty.
