TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Jacksonville, North Carolina, 28546! Pay Information $2,002 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active nursing license Certifications: ACLS, BLS required Must-Have: Proficiency with insulin, heparin, and Lasik drips Description: This position requires working three 12-hour shifts or four 12-hour shifts during the night. Hours are from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Weekends and holidays are included. No call duty is required. The nurse may be expected to care for IMCU patients based on census requirements. The typical patient population includes cardiac, diabetes, CHF, COPD, renal, general surgery, and orthopedics patients. The team consists of RNs, LPNs, PCTs, CNAs, and unit secretaries. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 to 6. Travelers may be required to float to similar acuity units if needed. All candidates must comply with vaccination requirements.
