We are currently seeking an experienced, high energy, compassionate and results driven *Director of Nursing *to join our team. We are looking for an innovative leader who can provide full oversight of clinical operations while pursuing the best resident quality of care. The *Director of Nursing *is responsible for providing quality nursing care in conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of nursing practice.The responsibilities of the *Director of Nursing* include, but are not limited to:* Oversee all clinical operations of the facility* Collaborate with other health care professionals in the assessment, planning, and safe implementation of all nursing care.* Supervision of facility nursing staff* Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do.* Ensure excellent communication among residents, families, and staff.* Create positive resident outcomes.* Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.* Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.* Help create a culture of superior customer service._*Please note that this Job Summary outlines the general nature and level of work to be performed.
