Job Description:

as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Dayton, OH.
Provide home-based nursing care within the greater Dayton area,
following physician orders and monitoring patient conditions.
Educate families, minimize risks, and promote recovery through
skilled interventions and preventative guidance.
Work independently with flexible scheduling, competitive pay per
visit, mileage reimbursement, and benefits including insurance,
PTO, and 401k.
Must have an active LPN license, one year of acute care experience
(home care preferred), valid driver--------s license, and be fully
vaccinated against COVID-19.
