Job Summary: -Provides medically prescribed skilled nursing services in the home setting using the nursing process. Implements nursing actions that will promote, maintain, or restore physical health, prevent illness and effect rehabilitation. Minimum Requirements: -Graduate from an NCBON approved School of Nursing and/or graduate from an approved School of Nursing. BSN preferred. Current North Carolina Nursing License. Minimum of two years of acute care experience, Home Health experience preferred. Have and maintain a valid license to operate a motor vehicle in the State of North Carolina. Use of personal car. Current AH BLS certification required.Salary Min: $27.00Salary Max: $44.55
