Obstetrics & Gynecology opening in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Medstaff is assisting with 24-hour weekend call coverage for an OBGYN group in Jacksonville NC.Here are some details:

• Requires Board Certification or new grad ready to sit for boards, NC license, DEA and some call and delivery experience
• Will be working with a group that has 6 physicians and 6 midwives
• 24-hour call is needed for Saturdays and Sundays
• Privileges are needed at the local hospital which is about 500 yards from the office
• 150 beds, Level 2 ICN, new surgical suite and ED
• They average about 3 deliveries per day and usually 1 or 2 ER calls.
• The midwife makes rounds and takes patient phone calls
• 20% C-sections
• Davinci robot used by 3 of the physicians
