Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Currently seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to work in our New Bern, NC office. The Insurance Center is a full-service, independent insurance agency offering personal lines, commercial lines, life and health insurance.

Requirements:

• North Carolina Property and Casualty License or equivalent
• Must have prior experience working within the Insurance Industry
• Applied Epic knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build client relationships.
• Effective time management skills, willingness to learn, and be coachable.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook. Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients with a variety of insurance applications and policies.
  • Issuing policies/binders, processing policy change requests, and processing payments.
  • Assisting clients with quotes, renewals, and re-writes.
  • Prepare Proof of Insurance and issuing Certificates of Insurance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and teammates.
  • Provide support to Commercial Lines Producers. Generous benefits package including:
