We are looking for a **Risk Management Sr Analyst** for a digital engineering design, development, testing, fielding, and sustainment effort for an US Air Force Program in support of the next generation of the US Strategic Deterrent Forces.

The position will support a US Air Force program that is playing a major role in strengthening and modernizing America's Strategic Deterrent Force. GDIT will develop and deliver a digital engineering design solution which enables and integrates the program's complete set of data, tools, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) activities, and makes them available to internal and appropriate external engineering and programmatic stakeholders throughout the program's lifecycle. This effort will culminate in an abstracted, highly transportable environment delivered to the Government, to be instantiated "virtually" on the Government's network infrastructure and updated during the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase of weapon system development.

**General Duties**

+ Responsible for the completion of Risk Assessments

+ Develop Risk Mitigation Action Plans

+ Carry out detailed walkthroughs and process mapping to identify significant risks and controls

+ Undertake the maintenance of Program Risk Management Risk Register

+ Report key risk and control indicators

+ Oversee the operational risk incident management process to guarantee that timeliness, integrity, and quality control are maintained

+ Ensure appropriate review of the financial impact of operational incidents, root cause, and business impact analysis

+ Monitor, review, and communicate the impact to the risk profile of future initiatives, including new product assessments, changes to trading strategies, targeted risk reviews, and major business changes

+ Work together with other organizational lines

+ Stay abreast of current industry standards

+ Develop and maintain technical knowledge of systems and data

**Required Skills**

+ Possess a solid understanding of process, risk, and control design concepts and governance from an operational risk management or audit perspective

+ Have a working knowledge of ad hoc reporting and research analysis experience

+ Familiarity of risk reporting standing utilized by DCMA

+ Ability to interact and build effective working relationships with peers and all levels of management

+ Must be able to leverage on data and statistical tools to draw valid conclusions and solve business problems

+ Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, and Excel, as well as experience with specific applications relevant to the industry

+ Familiarity and experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or Lean Agile processes and/or DevSecOps environments

**Experience and Education**

+ BA/BS with 5+ years of experience as a risk analyst or manager

**Desirable qualifications include:**

+ Current PMP certification or equivalent

+ Current ITILv4 certification

+ Current Top Secret with eligibility for SCI

+ Familiarity and experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

+ Familiarity with cloud-based information technology solutions

+ Experiencing managing distributed teams of Software Developers, engineers and other subject matter experts using virtual collaboration tools

**Security Clearance:**

Active SECRET or above, preferred

ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance

**Location:**

Remote - 100% USA

**Expected Travel:**

> 20% travel CONUS (travel can be required to a facility where classified data can be accessed)
