Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in coil products, is seeking a Brazer to join their team. As a Brazer, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Brazer Location: Farmville, NC Pay Range: Based on Experience Shift: 1st Shift What's the Job? Perform a wide variety of torch brazing tasks on various product line coils. Guide torch and rod along joints to heat to brazing temperature, melt braze alloy, and bond workpieces. Examine seams and rebrazes defective joints or broken parts to ensure quality standards. Align and secure workpieces in fixtures, jigs, or vices using measuring tools. Adjust gas flow valves, light flames, and control flame size and color for optimal brazing results. What's Needed? Prior brazing experience is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to read and write effectively. Ability to read a measuring tape accurately. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance. Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds intermittently and perform repetitive physical tasks. What's in it for me?
