cross-training Your Role As a CNC Machinist, you’ll help bring our
customers’ designs to life using precision CNC milling equipment.
You’ll work with tight tolerances, quality materials, and a team
that values pride in workmanship and continuous improvement. Your
Responsibilities: • Program, set up, and operate CNC milling
machines • Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision
measuring instruments • Read and interpret blueprints, job tickets,
and production drawings • Perform regular machine maintenance and
tool adjustments • Collaborate with teammates to maintain quality
and meet production goals What We’re Looking For: • 3–5 years of
CNC machining experience • Strong understanding of G-code
programming and machine setup • Ability to read and interpret
technical drawings • Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to
produce top-quality work • Comfortable working with both large and
small components • Willingness to work overtime or Saturdays when
